These concise terms apply to the early SupplierDelta validation service.

Service

SupplierDelta compares supplier price-list files and highlights potential differences. Results are provided as an aid to review, not as a guarantee that every commercial, tax, unit or data-quality issue has been detected.

Your responsibility

You must have authority to use the files you provide. Review results before changing prices, placing orders or importing data into another system.

Availability

This is an early validation product. Features, pricing and availability may change. We may correct errors or suspend the service when necessary.

Payments

Checkout is handled through a hosted payment provider. The scope and delivery of a paid comparison should be shown at checkout. Statutory rights are not excluded.

Liability

SupplierDelta does not replace supplier confirmation or professional review. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses caused by reliance on unverified comparison results.
