These terms apply to the SupplierDelta browser checker and secure customer workspace.

Service

SupplierDelta compares supplier and internal-catalogue data, highlights potential differences and exceptions, and can generate reviewed output files. The workspace may remember approved mappings and configuration for later supplier updates.

Your responsibility

You must have authority to use uploaded files and invite workspace users. You remain responsible for reviewing matches, exceptions and outputs before changing prices, placing orders or importing data into an ERP or other system.

Automated results

Results support human review and are not a guarantee that every commercial, tax, unit, currency or data-quality issue has been detected. Ambiguous items should remain unresolved until an authorised user approves them.

Accounts and security

You must keep sign-in links and account access secure and promptly remove access for people who are no longer authorised to act for your organisation.

Payments

Paid access is handled through a hosted payment provider. The plan, limits, billing frequency and cancellation terms shown at checkout form part of the service terms.

Availability and changes

We may improve or change the service while preserving paid access already agreed for the applicable billing period. Planned maintenance, provider failures or security incidents may temporarily affect availability.

Liability

SupplierDelta does not replace supplier confirmation, professional advice or the customer's own approval controls. To the extent permitted by law, SupplierDelta is not responsible for losses caused by importing an output without appropriate review.
