This notice describes the limited data handling used during the SupplierDelta validation stage.

Supplier files

The free checker processes supported files locally in your browser. SupplierDelta does not sell supplier files or use them to train AI. The validation version is designed to avoid permanent file retention.

Accounts and systems

You can use the checker without connecting an ERP, accounting system or other sensitive business account.

Website analytics

If analytics is enabled, we may record basic product events such as page views, uploads started, completed comparisons and checkout clicks. These events help assess whether the service is useful. Supplier-file contents are not intentionally included in analytics events.

Paid comparisons

A hosted payment provider may process checkout information under its own privacy terms. If a paid comparison later requires file transfer, the handling and retention terms should be explained before the files are provided.

Contact

The public support address is configurable and will use the SupplierDelta domain when that domain is activated. No founder’s personal address is published.
