This notice explains how the free browser checker and secure SupplierDelta workspace handle data.

Free browser checker

The free checker processes supported files locally in your browser. Those files are not intentionally uploaded to or retained by SupplierDelta.

Secure customer workspace

If you choose the recurring-update workspace, files, supplier records, approved mappings, configuration versions, processing runs, exceptions and output records are stored so your organisation can reuse its approved setup. Workspace data is separated by organisation and files are held in private storage.

How we use data

We use workspace data to provide the service, preserve an audit trail, generate requested outputs, secure accounts and support customers. SupplierDelta does not sell supplier-file contents or use them to train public AI models.

Accounts and access

We process work email addresses, organisation membership and role information to authenticate users and control access. Customers are responsible for granting access only to authorised people.

Website and product analytics

If analytics is enabled, we may record product events such as page views, uploads started, completed comparisons and checkout clicks. Supplier-file contents are not intentionally included in analytics events.

Payments and service providers

Payment, hosting, authentication, storage and email providers may process the minimum data needed to deliver their services under their own terms. Payment-card details are handled by the hosted payment provider rather than SupplierDelta.

Your choices

You may ask for access, correction or deletion of account data, subject to legal, security and audit-retention requirements. Contact the SupplierDelta support address shown on the website.
